Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products.
In case you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.


Any claims of incorrect shipment, missing, faulty or damages goods on delivery, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Let us know immediately at, including the proof so we can make things right for you!


  • The return request must be made within 3 business days from the order received date. Once your request has been processed, we will contact you for the arrangement of return or refund.
  • Kindly attach the proof which can be an unboxing video or a single photo (which the proof must include: Packaging + Consignment note + faulty or damage product) and the invoice of the purchase MUST send to us.
  • The return item must be handed over to the courier company within 3 business days upon Tetap Jaya’s approval of your request.
  • The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned item until it reaches us. Tetap Jaya will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to Tetap Jaya receiving it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Please do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us.
  • Any items returned without Tetap Jaya’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
  • If we are unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other causes, we will proceed to refund your item.
  • Return/Exchange of Products or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
    1. If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
    2. If the product is out of date or expired; or
    3. If the wrong product which is different from the order is delivered
  • Please be advised that Tetap Jaya tracks all returns for return abuse and reserves the right to regulate the number of exchanges or returns at any time.


  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and the refund amount is excluding the shipping fee and voucher used. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Terms & Conditions of Warranty
  1. Water spots (Watermarks) and scratch of vehicle is not covered under the Warranty.
  2. To maintain the validity of the Warranty, registered user must return to the shop every 6 months to perform the maintenance service. Exceeding 6 months, the warranty for the vehicle will considered no longer valid.
  3. To claim the warranty, registered users only can claim the warranty at the branch where they had performed the coating service.
  4. Windscreen coating and headlamp coating for coating package is covered under the Warranty.
  5. Warranty are not convertible into cash or any type of refund.
  6. Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
