Shipping Policy

We provide Free Shipping for Local Customer (Malaysia) and currently we only ship to West Malaysia with a Standard Shipping. For customer from East Malaysia, you may purchase the products on our Lazada or Shopee store.

We do not allow amendment of shipment address once an order is confirmed to avoid fraudulent transactions. Thus, please check your order Shipment Address carefully before your order is confirmed. You can only change your Shipping Address before you place your order. Once payment has been completed successfully, no changes can be made.

We will not be liable for any loss and/ or damages arises for the order delivery due to inaccurate Shipping Address specified and provided by you as stated in the Order Confirmation.

All orders will be shipped (depends on product availability) via Registered Standard Shipping on business day (Monday to Saturday) with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 11 business days for none festive season.

During peak season/ festive periods, delivery may take longer time. We advise you to place order at least 2 weeks in advance before festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and others to avoid any late shipment.

Customer need to pay the shipping fee one more time if there is a mistake due to customer’s
condition and refuse by customer.

Terms & Conditions of Warranty
  1. Water spots (Watermarks) and scratch of vehicle is not covered under the Warranty.
  2. To maintain the validity of the Warranty, registered user must return to the shop every 6 months to perform the maintenance service. Exceeding 6 months, the warranty for the vehicle will considered no longer valid.
  3. To claim the warranty, registered users only can claim the warranty at the branch where they had performed the coating service.
  4. Windscreen coating and headlamp coating for coating package is covered under the Warranty.
  5. Warranty are not convertible into cash or any type of refund.
  6. Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
